Wall saw construction involves fixing a guide rail along the cutting surface of the material, attaching a diamond blade with diamond abrasives embedded in a disc-shaped tip to the lightweight special drive unit's spindle, and moving it along the rail while rotating it at high speed and injecting cooling water to perform the cutting. Since the cutting is done by moving along the rail, it allows for precise and safe construction, resulting in a very clean cut surface. Similar to wire saws, it is a low-noise, vibration-free method that produces minimal dust.
